Vasque Breeze III
This project / the below will look like a standard Vibram outsole for a normal partner of ours, Vasque. But its not - this project was unique because it was a next generation sole. The previous sole was used on the Breeze II shoe for 12 years and sold over a million pairs. This v3 was suppose to be better, faster, lighter, grippier, more durable - the whole kit and caboodle.
On top of all that, it was a project I owned from the start and it was one of my first soles to ever hit production / mass market. It was the first outsole I saw at REI retailers with massive banners and displays. I will forever remember that feeling walking into REI and seeing a display with the sole design lifted up in front of the world to see.
